Cancellation Policies
EXCURSION AND CAMP - CANCELLATION POLICIES
Unable to attend excursion or camp
If members are unable to attend an excursion scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, they can notify us within our 48 hour cancellation policy period, to use that excursion amount as a credit towards any bonus excursions we offer. Which we offer in addition to our 12 month schedule. Bonus excursions will be run frequently in between our membership excursion schedule and members will have exclusive access to our bonus excursion schedule. Members must redeem the credit within the 12 month membership duration.
Last minute cancellation
If members need to cancel their attendance to an excursion due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances. The following will apply:
- 48 hours+ notice: An exemption for a credit is available.
- Within 48 hours notice: no exemptions apply. Members are allowed to find a replacement for the excursion and must notify us to amend the excursion booking.
MEMBERSHIP - CANCELLATION POLICIES
FULL REFUND:Â Cancellation within the 4 weeks of joining and receive a full refund. However if you have participated in an excursion/ excursions, the fees of the excursions you have participated in will not be refunded and additional payments will be processed to cover any outstanding balance due.
PARTIAL REFUND:Â Cancellation within 4 - 8 weeks of joining and receive a 50% refund. However if you have participated in an excursion/ excursions, the fees of the excursions you have participated in will not be refunded and additional payments will be processed to cover any outstanding balance due.
NON REFUNDABLE:Â Cancellation from 8 weeks and beyond of joining will not receive any refund. If an outstanding balance is due from the excursion/ excursions, you have participated in, additional payments will be processed to cover the outstanding balance due.
WORKSHOP - CANCELLATION POLICIES
We do not offer a refund or credit for our Social Club workshops or additional paid workshops/ events. If you are unable to attend you are allowed to find a replacement for the workshop/ event to take your spot and must notify us to amend the details.
HUNTER & NEWCASTLE SOCIAL CLUB BUS SHUTTLE - CANCELLATION POLICIES
We do not offer a refund or credit for our Hunter and Newcastle Social Club Bus Shuttle. If you are unable to attend you are allowed to find a replacement for your seat and must notify us to amend the details.
